SKU2U Fulfillment was established in 2009 with the ambition to provide Turn-Key services to growing companies all across the United States. Instead of becoming just another “Fulfillment House”, SKU2U chose to provide services above and beyond what the average Fulfillment and Warehousing service providers would supply. We provide E-Commerce, Website Design, Contact Center, Integration and Distribution Management services to many of our customers.
Beginning in a 2,000 square foot office in 2009, we quickly grew into a 6,000 square foot Warehouse in Southlake, Texas just months after opening our doors. By the end of 2010, we had outgrown our Southlake Warehouse and moved into a 15,000 square foot warehouse located in Bedford, Texas. This location is conveniently located just a few miles away from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, as well as FedEx and UPS central processing stations.
In June of 2012, we expanded our Bedford Location to 30,000 square feet and In December 2012, we added on an additional 20,000 square feet. We have just recently completed another expansion and have a total of 65,000 square feet within our Bedford Texas Headquarters.
In April of 2014, we established our first international location in Ottawa, Ontario to service our clients wishing to process and ship their products throughout Canada. Although new, we are already shipping over 10,000 shipments per month throughout the Country of Canada.
SKU2U Fulfillment is responsible for accurately, quickly and efficiently processing over 10,000 shipments on average every day. On heavier days, we process over 40,000 shipments. In addition to this, we design and implement a number of e-commerce and website solutions every month with turn-around times of less than half of most design centers.
Our contact center teams answer over 100 phone calls per day. In addition to the taking and relaying of messages, our agents can also place callers orders directly into our clients ordering system, answer questions about tracking and shipment of packages and can even speak about and answer questions regarding our clients’ products and services. Callers never know they have reached a Contact Center separate from your business.
SKU2U takes our clients’ business seriously. We understand that by partnering with SKU2U Fulfillment, our clients are placing a great deal of trust in us. That is why our staff undergo mandatory trainings on all products they touch and quality control is used heavily throughout our proprietary processes. As of this writing, SKU2U Fulfillment is proud to have an accuracy rate higher than 99.9%.
When we do mess up, we own up! Anything that is sent incorrectly is repackaged and sent at OUR expense. We know we are all human and mistakes happen, but instead of shrugging our shoulders, we look to use our mistakes as a way to perfect our process. Every time an error is made, our quality control team goes into high gear, announcing the mistake to our front line team and implementing procedures to prevent future errors of the same kind.
